Friday night was my first full solo gig of the year, at The Plough near Normanton. It's long been a favourite venue of mine, and the band has also done about 4 gigs there over the past couple of years.

There was supposed to be another act performing but on the night I did the full show, playing a handful of originals and the usual mixed selection of covers.

It was a fine night, and I got quite a good reception, even playing on for a few extra songs at the end of the night. This week the band is back in action at another very good venue, The Cricketers Arms at Keighley, so we shall see how that one goes!
